Kathy Neugent Mouron Scholarship

Established by Michael A. Mouron. Priority of consideration is given to full-time students in the College of Education who are majoring in special education, possess a 3.0 or higher grade point average on a 4.0 scale, and demonstrate financial need, although not necessarily as defined by federal guidelines.
