Established by John Cook Nichols, deceased, formerly of Ward, Alabama. Priority of consideration is given to deserving undergraduate or graduate students who are enrolled in academic degree programs facilitated through the Office of Teaching Innovation and Digital Education, exhibit academic excellence, and demonstrate financial need.
