Clarice L. Parker Memorial Endowed Scholarship Fund

Established by Mrs. Edna L. Ivey to honor the memory of her late sister, Clarice L. Parker. Scholarships from this fund are awarded to deserving adult students. Priority for the award is given to Tuscaloosa County, Alabama, residents who demonstrate financial need. However, in applying this guideline during the selection process, the scholarship committee shall ensure that academic quality is not compromised.
