John H. Sellers Sr. Memorial Endowed Scholarship

Established by John H. Sellers and Deborah D. Sellers to honor Mr. Sellers’ father, Mr. John H. Sellers Sr. First priority of consideration is given to high school graduates who were little brothers or little sisters affiliated with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Birmingham, Alabama, or Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Second priority of consideration is given to high school graduates who were little brothers or little sisters affiliated with Big Brothers Big Sisters in Alabama. Third priority of consideration is given to students taking courses facilitated by the Office of Teaching Innovation and Digital Education. The donors desire that all candidates demonstrate financial need, although not necessarily need as defined by federal guidelines.
