L. E. Rockwell, Jr., Memorial Endowed Scholarship

Established by family, friends, and colleagues of L. E. Rockwell Jr. to honor his memory. The scholarships are awarded to admitted students from, in order of preference, Baldwin, Washington, or Mobile counties in the state of Alabama who are full-time students pursuing a bachelor’s degree at The University of Alabama.
