Sam Jones (Sammy) Carroll, Jr. Memorial Endowed Scholarship Fund

Established by Oliver D. Kingsley, in association with the Dale County Alumni Chapter, to honor the memory of Sammy Carroll. Priority of consideration is given to entering freshmen students graduating from a high school located in Dale County Alabama or whose origin is in Dale County Alabama. Second priority of consideration is given to currently enrolled undergraduate students and transfer students whose origin is located in Dale County, Alabama.
