Melvin and Lois Joiner Endowed Scholarship Fund

Established by Melvin and Lois Joiner in association with the Clarke County Alumni Chapter. The scholarship is restricted to entering freshmen students graduating from Jackson High School or Clarke County High School located in Clarke County, Alabama, or their respective successor high school if either or both cease to exist. Selection is based upon academic and leadership qualities as demonstrated by the applicant during their high school career. Financial need is a major factor for selection.
