Sandral Hullett, M.D., Scholarship

Established by TIAA/CREF and the Association of Governing Boards as a permanent tribute to Dr. Sandral Hullett for her service to The University of Alabama System, the State of Alabama, and the nation. The scholarship is awarded to an undergraduate student at The University of Alabama who is from one of the seven counties of Alabama initially served by West Alabama Health Services (Greene, Sumter, Hale, Marengo, Choctaw, Lowndes, and Perry) and is majoring in math or science. Priority of consideration is given to a student who meets the first two criteria and who has expressed an intention to go into a health care career, such as medicine, nursing, or an allied health field.
