First in Family Endowed Scholarship

Established by Frank Tamplin. Priority of consideration is given to first generation college students who graduated from a high school in the state of Alabama who demonstrate financial need, although not necessarily need as defined by federal guidelines. The scholarship may be renewable for each of the subsequent years of a recipient’s undergraduate education provided the scholarship committee deems the recipient’s performance and academic progress satisfactory.
