Steven C. Hays Memorial Endowed Scholarship

Established by Mrs. Mavis Hays and her children in association with the Marshall County Alumni Chapter to honor the memory of Steve Hays. First priority of consideration is given to entering freshmen from Albertville High School (or its successor) located in Marshall County, Alabama. If there are no applicants meeting this first priority, second priority is given to entering freshmen from any other high school in Marshall County, Alabama. If there are no applicants meeting the second priority, then the scholarship goes unawarded for that academic year. Among qualified applicants, financial need is a determining factor.
