Established by the Russell/Muscogee Counties Alumni Chapter to promote the education of deserving students who enroll full-time at The University of Alabama. Priority of consideration is given to entering freshmen students graduating from a high school located in Russell County, Alabama, or Muscogee County, Georgia.
