Tim Russell and Riviera Utilities Endowed Scholarship Fund

Established by Riviera Utilities of Foley, Alabama, in association with the Baldwin County Alumni Chapter to honor Tim Russell’s thirty years of service on the Board of Directors of the Utilities Board of the City of Foley. Priority of consideration is given to entering freshmen graduating from a high school in Baldwin County, Alabama, whose primary residence is serviced by Riviera Utilities.
