Established by Dr. Julie T. Sanford and Robert Sanford. Priority of consideration is given to upper division students enrolled in the Capstone College of Nursing who graduated from a high school in Mobile County, Alabama, who demonstrate financial need, although not necessarily need as defined by federal guidelines. Second priority of consideration is given to upper division students enrolled in Capstone College of Nursing who demonstrate financial need, although not necessarily need as defined by federal guidelines.
