James Douglas Brown Memorial Endowed Scholarship Fund

Established by Dr. Charles Smith and Mr. Oliver D. Kingsley, Jr. in association with the Dale County Alumni Chapter. Priority of consideration is given to entering freshmen graduating from a high school in Dale County, Alabama, or whose origin is in Dale County, Alabama. Second priority of consideration is given to currently enrolled undergraduate students and transfer students whose origin is in Dale County, Alabama.
