Scott Deaton Endowed Scholarship in Criminal Justice

Established by friends and family of Scott Deaton to honor his memory and to promote the education of students majoring in criminal justice in the College of Arts and Sciences at The University of Alabama. Priority of consideration is given to junior or senior students who are in good academic standing, who are from states comprising the members of the Southeastern Athletic Conference, and who are majoring in criminal justice in the College of Arts and Sciences at The University of Alabama. Consideration is given to students who have demonstrated outstanding leadership abilities. Among qualified applicants, the deciding factor is financial need.
