Jean H. Cecil Memorial Endowed Scholarship

Established by Dr. Carl E. Cecil, along with friends of his wife, Dr. Jean H. Cecil, to honor her memory. Priority of consideration is given to students enrolled in the Counselor Education Program in the College of Education.
