Lillian Maria Fleming Laggan Endowed Scholarship in Nursing

Established by Dr. Joanne L. Davis, Karen L. Kelley, Kathy A. Black, Jane C. Laggan and friends to honor the memory of Lillian Maria Fleming Laggan. First priority of consideration is given to incoming freshmen who are employees or dependents of employees of medical centers operated by the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs, or are veterans or dependents of veterans, and are enrolled in the Capstone College of Nursing and demonstrate financial need, although not necessarily need as determined by federal guidelines. Second priority of consideration is given to freshmen who are enrolled in the Capstone College of Nursing and demonstrate financial need, although not necessarily need as determined by federal guidelines.
