John E. Horne Endowed Scholarship Fund

Established by Mr. John E. Horne. Scholarships from this fund are awarded to graduates of public high schools in Alabama whose higher education costs are not borne wholly by federal, state, or other funding. This award is intended to lessen the financial burden of truly needy students.
