Margaret Ann Bigham Gray Endowed Scholarship Fund

Established by the Holt High School Alumni Association in association with the Tuscaloosa County Alumni Chapter. First priority of consideration is given to freshmen from Holt High School (or its successor), located in Tuscaloosa County, Alabama. Selection is based on academic achievement as demonstrated by performance on the ACT or SAT and high school grade point average. Financial need is a factor, but not financial need as defined by federal guidelines. The intent is to assist students who “need financial assistance” and also give consideration to those students who perform in the middle and lower spectrum of the ACT.
