Harbin Family Endowed Scholarship

Established by Tanner J. Harbin in association with the Jackson County Alabama Alumni Chapter. First priority of consideration is given to entering freshmen graduating from a public or private high school in Jackson County, Alabama, including home-schooled students and those transferring from Northeast Alabama Community College. Second priority of consideration is given to currently enrolled undergraduate, transfer or graduate students who graduated from a public or private high school in Jackson County, Alabama, including home-schooled students. The scholarship is non-renewable.
