Established by John Graham Beard and Alacare Home Health & Hospice to honor the memory of John and Susan’s late father, Major Charles D. Beard, Jr., USAF Ret., and to promote the education of students in the Capstone College of Nursing. Priority of consideration is given to students who are enrolled in the Capstone College of Nursing.
