Lewis Ford Fitts and Frank Fitts III Memorial Scholarship

Established by Cynthia Ford Fitts Thomas, deceased, formerly of Tuscaloosa, Alabama, contributed through her last will and testament securities valued at $30,000 to The Board of Trustees of The University of Alabama to honor her sons, Lewis Ford Fitts and Frank Fitts III, and to promote the education of students in the Culverhouse College of Business at The University of Alabama. Priority of consideration is given to students enrolled in the Culverhouse College of Business who intend to major in accounting and who demonstrate financial need, although not necessarily need as defined by federal guidelines. The scholarship is renewable.
