Thelma and Jimmy LaFoy Endowed C&BA Scholarship

Established by Jimmy A. LaFoy to honor the memory of his wife, Thelma, and to promote the education of full-time students in the Culverhouse College of Business at The University of Alabama. Priority of consideration is given to juniors or seniors who are graduates of a high school within Lee County, Alabama, and who demonstrate financial need. First priority of consideration is given to juniors or seniors who have demonstrated interest in and who have the scholastic ability to succeed in the study of accounting, second priority of consideration is given to juniors or seniors with an interest in any field of study within the Culverhouse College of Business. Third priority is given to students already enrolled in the Culverhouse College of Business’s Manderson Graduate School of Business pursuing a master’s in accounting.
