Donald J. Sampietro Endowed Scholarship Fund #2

Established by a testamentary gift from the estate of Donald J. Sampietro. Priority of consideration is given to currently enrolled or incoming School of Engineering graduate students from New Jersey or New York, whose University of Alabama grade point average is equal to or above a 2.5 based on a 4.0 scale. Second priority is given to currently enrolled or incoming School of Law graduate students from New Jersey or New York, with the same University of Alabama grade point average qualification. The scholarship is automatically renewable for each succeeding year of the recipient’s undergraduate education, not to exceed a total of three academic years of undergraduate or graduate study (6 semesters consisting of fall and spring), provided the incumbent recipient’s academic performance and progress are of such quality as to justify such renewal by maintaining a minimum cumulative 2.5 grade point average based on a 4.0 scale in their University of Alabama studies.
