Matthew T. Ragland Memorial Endowed Scholarship Fund

Established by family and friends of Matthew T. Ragland in association with the Madison County Alumni Chapter. Priority of consideration is given to entering freshmen graduating from a high school located in, or whose origin is Madison County, Alabama. Financial need shall be a primary factor if information regarding financial need is provided by the applicant or known by the selection committee, but not financial need as defined by federal guidelines.
