W. Gowen Mitchell Scholarship

Established by Mr. W. Gowen Mitchell. Scholarships are awarded to entering freshmen from Madison County, Alabama, and Lincoln County, Tennessee. Applicants must have a minimum 23 ACT (or equivalent SAT), an overall high school C+ average (minimum 2.5 GPA on a 4.0 scale), and ranked no lower than 60% of the senior class.
